Internationally known as "Rebelein Reducing sugar Assembly" Both this method and the Lane/Eynon procedure are based on the reduction of copper. They have the same accuracy, +/-0.01g/100ml in undiluted samples (below 0.5%sugar), +/-0.1 in diluted ones. Reds and roses must be decolorized. Titration apparatus is not included.
